Search Engine Optimization Package – Terms & Conditions

By clicking “I Agree” (or a similar button) and completing checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not proceed.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between Branded Bull Inc. ("Branded Bull," "we," "our," or "us") and you, the individual or entity purchasing the SEO Program ("Client," "you," or "your"").
We will perform the following Local SEO & Reputation‑Management Services (collectively, the "Services"):
Setup time: 15‑30 days for initial optimization on verified locations.We may adjust tactics or sub‑tasks at our discretion to best serve your goals. Material changes will be communicated in writing.
You agree to:
The Initial Term is six (6) months starting on the signup date. Afterward, the Agreement continues month‑to‑month until either party gives at least 30 days’ written notice of cancellation. If you allege non‑performance, provide written notice; we have 35 business days to cure. If unresolved, you may terminate without further obligation except payment for Services already rendered.
Search‑engine algorithms and ranking criteria are outside our control. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue. You acknowledge that rankings may fluctuate or decline due to algorithm changes or other factors beyond our scope. No refunds or discounts will be given for such changes.
We retain all rights to our proprietary methods, templates, and materials. You own your existing trademarks, content, and business data. We grant each other the limited licenses necessary to perform and receive the Services.
Both parties will safeguard the other’s confidential information and use it solely for this relationship.
Except for willful misconduct, our total liability to you for all claims will not exceed the lesser of (a) the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) US $5,000. We are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from third‑party claims arising out of (a) your content or business practices, (b) your breach of these Terms, or (c) your violation of law.
Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, outages, war, pandemics), except that payment obligations remain.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Kent County, Michigan, and each party consents to that jurisdiction.
Branded Bull is committed to providing a workplace free from harassment and discrimination. Customer agrees to treat all Branded Bull personnel with professionalism and respect. If Customer (or anyone acting on Customer’s behalf) engages in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing language or behavior toward Branded Bull’s employees, contractors, or representatives, Branded Bull may, in its good-faith discretion, suspend work or terminate this Agreement. Where the conduct poses an immediate safety concern, Branded Bull may suspend work immediately and provide written notice as soon as reasonably practicable; in all other cases, Branded Bull will provide written notice of the suspension or termination.
In either case, all fees earned for work performed up to the date of suspension or termination remain payable. This clause is intended to protect the safety and well-being of Branded Bull’s team.
Withholding of Incomplete Work. Upon suspension or termination under this clause, Branded Bull reserves the right to withhold delivery of any incomplete work product or deliverables not yet paid in full. Any deposits or prepayments shall be applied first to fees earned for work performed prior to suspension or termination; any remaining balance shall be forfeited and non-refundable.
Effect on Local SEO Services. Upon suspension or termination under this clause, Branded Bull will immediately cease all local SEO services, including but not limited to listing management, citation building, review management, and ranking optimization. Branded Bull has no obligation to provide any work product, reports, or documentation beyond what was delivered prior to the date of suspension or termination. Any prepaid fees for services not yet rendered shall be applied first to fees earned for services performed prior to suspension or termination; any remaining balance shall be forfeited and non-refundable.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be emailed to you. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
